As Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will hold the below responsibilities:
To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
Assist in the training and development of internal Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Be able to interpret a brief from a client or senior manager and draft into a delivery plan.
Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of small, medium & large sized projects.
Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters including compliance in respect of scope of services agreed by others.
The successful candidate will:
Hold of a Full clean UK Drivers Licence
Educated to Degree Level or hold equivalent experience
MRICS/MCIOB qualified
Must be flexible in hours of work and travel
A proven record of dealing with high budget projects between £5m to £50m+
Pre and post contract technical cost and commercial management skills
Articulate in written and oral communication.
Excellent prioritisation and self-management skills and multitasking to work towards deadlines
