This role is based in our friendly, open-plan office in Tyseley, conveniently located just a short walk from Tyseley train station and bus stops.

5. Credit control experience (preferred)
6. Be familiar with Microsoft packages and be computer literate

Responsibilities:
As a credit controller, you will be responsible for:
1. Proactively chasing invoices/overdue accounts via phone, email, and written communication
2. Negotiating payment terms with customers experiencing financial difficulty
3. Liaising and building relationships with clients, providing a high standard of customer service
4. Ensuring that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs
5. Working as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control shared inbox
6. Managing your diary and prioritizing tasks
7. Problem solving and proposing appropriate solutions
8. Providing regular reports and updates to the leadership team
