You will be working within the administration department assisting with the day-to-day running of the business.
Some of your duties will include:
* Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries
* Compiling information to support customers’ applications to lease vehicles
* Invoicing customers
* Supporting the sales team
* Making outgoing calls to check customers’ orders
* Making customer service calls
* Recording customer details and inputting data on relevant spreadsheets
* A range of data capturing duties
* Other general office duties
As this is a customer-facing role, you need to be smart and presentable, and have a confident, friendly personality. You must be confident using the phone both with incoming and outgoing calls.
