My client, a leading law firm based in Birmingham, are looking for an experienced Receptionist / AV Assistant to join their team.
The Role
As a Receptionist / AV Assistant, you'll be at the heart of operations.
* Provide a top-notch reception service to clients, Partners, and employees
* Keep the Reception area tidy and professional
* Meet and greet clients and visitors warmly
* Handle incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed
* Set up telephone and conference calls, along with AV facilities
* Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready
* Assist in organising marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours
* Make travel arrangements and bookings
* Manage and maintain AV equipment, providing support for meetings and events
* Liaise with the IT team for equipment updates and training team members on AV use
The Candidate
We are looking for a Receptionist / AV Assistant who embodies these qualities:

* Exceptional technical skills with PCs, laptops, and online meeting platforms
* Ability to work independently and proactively
