They are recruiting in their Employment team which has a fantastic client base with businesses from professional services to manufacturing. They do mainly respondent work, and are growing quickly, and in a vibrant central office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice on employment-related matters
* Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings
* Draft and review employment contracts and policies
* Conduct workplace investigations and handle disputes
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor (open to level of PQE)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
