We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for a Depot Administrator in theBristol area. The administrator will report directly to the business manager and be accountable for the coordination of administrative and customer service tasks within the depot. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday with a working pattern starting 8.00am until 4.30 pm. 40 hours per week. This is a 4 month contract in the first instance.
Duties General administration duties
Customer service experience
Liaise with customers and resolve queries
Raise purchase orders for supply of goods
Process invoices
Run and send reports both internal and external
Telephone duties
Skills & Qualifications Administration qualification at level 3 or relevant experience
Customer Service qualification (desirable)
