2. Support Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 (typical 8-hour working day during Client office hours)
3. Full Time – 9-day fortnight (Every other Friday is a non-working Friday)

Role Overview
and is responsible for overseeing and supporting both the Account PMO and the office management back office related functions including specific administration activities for delivering services and goods to the end customer.
The DXC PMO and Office Manager’s functions enables, assures, and facilitate the delivery of consistently stable services to the client.
This role is responsible for the overall accountability of supporting the account as well as overseeing the management of office administration including managing a team that is responsible for the recruitment lifecycle, general administrative requirements, facilitating and booking meetings on behalf of the client and where needed supporting operational functions when the account needs additional support. Specific responsibilities and specialisms are described at a high level below.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The Office Manager is responsible for the management and operations of the back-office activities supporting client. This requires excellent organisation skills and proactive problem solving. Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the account resources, ensuring adherence to implemented policies and procedures, maintenance of administrative systems and processes, and works closely with other account teams including all Service Line Leads, HR, Legal, and the Leadership Team.

Resourcing - New joiners, movers, and leaver process:
12. Responsible for the Account Onboarding and Offboarding process

Security Clearance/Compliance:
