Key Role Objectives
•Contact qualified customer enquires
•Manage incoming requests
•Process orders
•Create and deliver invoices
•Qualify incoming inquiries
•CRM management
•Price list maintenance
What you will need
•Experience of minimum 2 years in a sales office environment
•Solution oriented, wanting to exceed customer expectations
•Good communication skills – verbally and written
•Ability to work in a team (close contact to the Logistics Team, Customer and Sales Team)
•Software knowledge (MS Office and preferably SAP Business One)
The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to their team.
