In this role, you will deliver the Certificate in Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG). Responsibilities: Deliver engaging sessions to small groups of learners. Encourage engagement with education, build confidence, and develop skills applicable to employment and further education. Create a positive learning environment, adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of the learners. Conduct outreach work outside the classroom setting, supporting learners in various departments within the prison. Focus: Signposting and Referral - Information, Advice, or Guidance Specialist Advice Work in Practice - Employment Specialist Advice Work in Practice - Refugee, Immigrant, or Asylum Seeker Qualifications and Skills: L3 qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance/ L3 Coaching & Mentoring. Strong communication skills to inspire learners. Ability to create adaptable and imaginative lessons. Experience working with individuals who have had negative experiences with education.
