We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors
2. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries
3. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised reception area
4. Handle mail and assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
