Carry out IT admin e.g scanning, booking appointments, billing etc. Ensure that all clinical records are accurately maintained and conform to all legal requirements Complete administrative duties and telephone work to support the therapy and nursing teams to enable smooth and efficient care throughout the patient journey. Be responsible for reviewing and reporting stock level and supplies to ensure the clinical environment is fit for purpose. Assist with cleaning of Physiotherapy equipment and infection Prevention.
