PSEG is looking for a Summer 2025 Intern for the Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES), an organization that identifies, plans, and implements a portfolio of programs that support New Jersey's Clean Energy Vision. This portfolio includes Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles, and Solar. This job involves supporting the Project Management Organization (PMO) team, utilizing a broad knowledge of business, analytical, or industrial engineering skills acquired through previous coursework and/or on-the-job training. The PMO team supports the PSE&G programs combatting climate change through clean energy technology, our new net zero climate vision for 2030 and enhanced commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion; and supporting the communities we serve. This position will be Hybrid from PSE&G Newark Office with a minimum of two days a week in the office., Team assignments to be determined post-selection and will include other responsibilities as required. Assignments will include working alongside professionals in the following areas:
* PMO Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team:
+ Reporting, data analytics, dashboard updates + Invoice quality assurance/quality control
* PMO Residential team:
+ Process documentation and control implementation for new programs
* PMO Business Operations team:
+ Forecast analysis, process documentation and improvement
Required Education/Skills: The successful candidate(s) must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in business, accounting, finance, data analytics, computer science, or a similar major and graduating between December 2025 and May 2028. Students graduating in May/June 2025 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2025. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Candidates must have completed sophomore-level coursework for consideration. Because this position could require traveling to various PSEG locations, a valid driver's license and a clean driving history are required. Preferred:
* 3.0 GPA
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills
* Interest in clean energy and sustainability
* Knowledge of SAP
* Independent, energetic, team player, inquisitive spirit
