Inclusion Policy Manager, Full and Part time considered permanent.
Work from home with regular travel to London
Change the Race Ratio is the UK’s leading membership body supporting businesses to increase racial and ethnic minority representation in leadership positions. Launched in 2020, Change the Race Ratio represents some of Britain's largest businesses such as Aviva, Deloitte, EY, Sage, and Schroders.
Since our launch, we have established our campaign and members as the leadership group of businesses committed to taking action to accelerate ethnic minority representation in business leadership. Over 90% of members have at least one ethnic minority director on their board and 79% are reporting their ethnicity pay gaps, up from 35% in 2021.
Working in a small team, the Policy Manager will get excellent and hands-on exposure to working within a campaigning organisation, exposure to senior business leaders and policy makers up to cabinet level.
The Inclusion Policy Manager will lead the development of high quality, research-led toolkits and guides for Change the Race Ratio members, as well as manage and coordinate political engagement, policy consultations, and support with developing campaign messages and positioning.
