If you have experience working with individuals who present with learning disabilities, autism and or mental illness, complex behaviours and have worked with Positive Behaviour Support plans and want to lead a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team in a specialist hospital setting, then we’d love you to join our team To be successful as a Hospital Director, you must: Hold a relevant Nursing Qualification. Have an excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector. Have experience and knowledge in Positive Behaviour Support and other modern approaches to evidence-based care and treatment for people with a learning disability Have strong commercial acumen to support successful service delivery and development. have experience of budget control, business development and revenue generation. be an inclusive and supportive manager, balanced with strong leadership to provide direction and implement change. have experience working with external agencies such as HIW, local Safeguarding teams, Commissioning teams. have a commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high quality services which enable individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
