We're hiring for a Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Glossop.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who's confident managing people and processes alike.
What's on offer?
1. £28,000 per year
2. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
3. 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
4. Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
What will you be doing as a Production Team Leader?
1. Overseeing day-to-day production operations on the shop floor
2. Motivating and managing a team to meet daily and weekly output targets
3. Monitoring quality and ensuring products meet required standards
4. Working closely with other departments to resolve production issues and streamline workflow
5. Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment
What do you need?
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
3. Availability to work weekend where required (desirable)
