For the successful Travel Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
1. Salary up to £23,000 per annum
2. Monday - Sunday (37.5 hours) Rota is 5 days over 7, 9am to 5.30pm
3. Permanent Position

The role - Travel Customer Service Executive : -
5. Responsible for managing customer enquiries who are on holiday (in-resort)
6. Manage individual queries and provide resolutions in line with company policies
7. Investigate complaints
8. Liaise with hoteliers to support resolutions in-resort
9. Ensure customer excellent
10. Prioritise escalations
What our client is looking for in an Travel Customer Service Executive : -
11. Previous experience working within the travel industry in customer services / customer relations - ESSENTIAL
12. Strong communication
13. Case Management / Complaint Management Experience - ESSENTIAL
14. Able to cope well in pressured environments
15. Reactive in nature
