Description The Role: As a HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR function across the business. This is a generalist role, giving you exposure to a variety of HR responsibilities, including:? Employee Relations - Advising managers on disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management? Recruitment & Onboarding - Supporting hiring managers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process? HR Policies & Compliance - Keeping policies up to date and ensuring best practices are followed? Training & Development - Helping to identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities? HR Administration - Supporting with contracts, data management, and reporting Profile What We're Looking For: ?? HR generalist experience - ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment?? Strong employee relations experience?? Good knowledge of UK employment law ?? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities?? CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential Job Offer HR Advisor - What's in it for you? ?
