Systems Engineer | £30,000 to £35,000 | Hybrid / London Office
Working for a forward-thinking company in the healthcare technology sector, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge software solutions, you will be responsible for supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support both remotely and face-to-face.
2. Support, monitor and configure Microsoft applications and Windows operating systems.
3. Install, configure, and support hardware and software (PCs, laptops, mobile devices).
4. Provide staff training on IT systems.
Key Skills:
1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an NHS setting.
2. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD user support and configuration.
3. Experience managing and supporting Windows Desktop and Server environments.
4. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
