How good does it feel to complete a project on-time, in budget? There's a certain satisfaction when you know you've delivered, and you've had challenges on the way but you've worked your way around them. These are the kind of people my clients wants to hear from. The only caveat is that you need to have experience working a variety of projects within industrial settings (factories, production environments, warehouses etc.) Why? Because they deal with high-end clients in the North West and very few projects are the same. From fit outs to production optimisation, you are guaranteed to be busy with a variety of projects to wet your whistle.
So why should you apply for this role?
This client is in demand, and they're adding a number of new people to cater it. Which means it's a chance to shine in an environment where you'll be noticed and rewarded for your hard work and expertise. A chance to really carve your own career pathway, by successfully managing a mixture of simple and complex projects from end to end, showing the clients why they chose this company in the first place.
You'll utilise your 3+ years experience to it's full potential, and with your degree level qualifications you'll have the knowledge to make a real difference. Don't have Prince2, PMP or APM? Don't worry, this is nice but it's not the be all and end all. In fact, they'll fund any relevant qualifications for you. If you've got the minimum experience, then you'll probably have some exposure to Health and Safety Regulations but if you have IOSH or NEBOSH then you'll have the advantage.
