What you need to know Location: South West Start date: September 2025 Our apprenticeships A BAM apprenticeship is a full time earn and learn position, where you will be involved in delivering multi million pound projects. Leaving a lasting legacy and positive change in our communities. Our 5 year technical apprenticeship starts at level 4, where you will work towards a Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4) in Construction management and a HNC. You will also work towards a professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Upon successful completion of the 2 year Level 4 programme, you will then have the opportunity to progress on to a 3 year Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship, gain a full honors degree and work towards chartered membership of the CIOB. Our Quantity Surveing apprenticeship is delivered by Leeds College of Building on a block release basis with accommodation provided. What will you be doing? Our construction works cover a range of different sectors and apprentices are based within a variety of different teams working on a wide range of projects, so the type of roles that we have are really varied and interesting. From day one on site you will be with an experienced team of professionals, supporting you to learn and grow your career as a BAM apprentice. Construction managers are the construction professionals who make up our site management team. Our construction management apprentices work predominantly on site, supporting the delivery of projects. On a daily basis, our construction management apprentices will liaise with clients and manage subcontractors manage quality manage the supply of materials and labour help to ensure that projects are delivered safely and on time What you'll need Academic Requirements GCSE grade 5 (B) or above in Maths GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in English Language 3 additional GCSE’s grade 4 and above Plus 2 x STEM A-Levels Or Relevant Level 3 Qualifications (e.g Civil Engineering, Construction in the Built Environment) T Level Design, Planning & Surveying for Construction Who are we looking for?
