About the school The school of business, computing, and social science is located across three campuses within Cheltenham and Gloucester which provide inspiring learning and teaching environments. About the role We are looking to appoint an apprenticeship learner facilitator to join our dynamic, successful, and expanding community. We are ideally looking for applications who have experience of working with apprenticeships, can liaise with clients and students and demonstrate good communication skills. This post will actively support our business-based apprenticeship learners in their progress towards EPA, through the development of key skills and behaviours to be utilised in the workplace, as well as their academic progress toward the knowledge award. The post holder will support the effective onboarding, enrolment, and apprenticeship journey of learners, including the monitoring of regulatory compliance. Learner Coaches will also play an active role in the delivery and quality enhancement of apprenticeship programmes. The post is primarily an apprenticeship coaching role with some teaching requirementsbased on business need and your expertise.
