Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Salary up to £40k basic dependent on experience + commission + bonus

My client, an established Insurance broker with an excellent reputation in the industry, is looking for an experienced Insurance sales person to join their team. The role will be focusing on New Business through referrals, inbound leads, networking, and plenty of pro-activity.
The role is a full-time permanent position, office-based, working Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00.
The ideal candidate must be hardworking, self-motivated, pro-active, organised, compliant, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Contribute to a thriving sales environment
2. Develop and maintain relationships with insurers
3. Adhere to FCA guidelines
4. Work as part of a team
Skills and experience required:
1. A proven track record in sales
2. Must have insurance sales experience
3. Exemplary customer care
4. Attention to detail
5. Be very pro-active
6. You must be IT literate
7. Use initiative and be able to pick up new skills and tasks quickly
