Your role and responsibilities As a Programme Lead (CQC), you will manage preparations for external assurance by the Care Quality Commission. You will develop a robust self-assessment report and improvement plan, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align operational and strategic practices with CQC standards. You will need to develop a strong understanding of the CQC regulatory framework for local authorities, ensuring compliance and alignment with statutory requirements. You will also manage the Practice & Quality Programme to deliver transformation, change and improvement within Suffolk County Council, as part of the suite of programmes delivering our Adult Social Care Strategy, People at the Heart of Care.
