Main duties of the job
Could you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Great patient care needs great people to support clinical teams. That's where you come in.

Person Specification
QUALIFICATIONS
* Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience with high levels of literacy and numeracy.
* Evidence of further postgraduate training to master's level in management disciplines or equivalent experience.
* Further specialist training and a qualification in change management, quality improvement, and/or project management methodologies and principles.
EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience of successfully delivering major organisation-wide and multi-agency transformation and/or quality improvement redesign projects that have significant financial investment in complex and challenging environments.
* An ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and achieve objectives whilst working with continually changing demands and priorities and effectively manage staff.
* Experience of working within the NHS.
COMMUNICATION
* Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade staff of various disciplines and grades without direct line management.
* Experience of presenting complex, sensitive, and confidential information to key stakeholders and large groups.
KNOWLEDGE
* Broad understanding of NHS policy and context underpinning the drivers for service change and extensive experience of project planning and delivery, including all aspects of project governance, control, and budget management.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Highly developed analytical and comparison skills and the ability to interpret highly complex and sensitive information from a wide range of sources and evaluate which improvement methodologies to apply in specific circumstances.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
* Ability to travel independently where required.
