As a Checkouts Customer Advisor, you will become an expert advisor and an inspiration to our customers. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, including click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. Your main aim will be to provide truly great customer service at the tills.
Happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
