Your profile THE ROLE: Stirling - Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break). Native level French - both written and spoken. Develop and manage strategic client relationships. Working towards an annual revenue target. Working alongside the Translation/Interpretation Project Managers, managing the quotation process from primarily inbound enquiries, follows up to close the deal and builds relationships with historic clients to gain repeat business. Managing a busy in-tray, actively involved with the resolution of a diverse and interesting range of requests from Global Voices clients within SLAs, ensuring a positive client experience. Involved with marketing campaigns, including industry specific digital marketing campaigns, brochures and adverts with a view to generating further business. Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management. NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL: Full clean driving licence or local to the area. Prior experience in the language services industry.
