We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Senior Sales Specialist to work for an amazing company. You will be asked to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, training providers, government agencies, and employers to drive the adoption of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the learning and development sectors, and possess strong leadership skills to drive growth and maximise revenue.
Location: Hybrid role with Travel
You will need to have:
1. Hunger and to be driven to deliver an exceptional experience, network and build a client base, and meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Warm, confident, outgoing personality who can listen to a client's needs and match these to our products.
3. Leadership skills
4. Strong communication skills
5. Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience
6. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
7. Excellent time management and organisational skills
8. Proficient in sales management software and willingness to adapt to the CRM used within the company.
9. Clean driving licence
You will Receive:
1. 22 days Holiday + 3 days paid shutdown between Christmas & New Year + all public holidays
