Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final sale.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Conducting property valuations and viewings.
4. Negotiating offers and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
5. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the area.
6. Collaborating with team members to maximize sales opportunities and share best practices.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, preferably within the upper end of the property market.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
10. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
11. A valid UK driving license.
