Our client is recruiting a Store Manager who will be given the freedom to build the store’s success. They stock a variety of home, kitchen-ware, gifts, healthcare and other products.
You’ll be taking charge of a very big business, overseeing a multi-million operation, managing major budgets and P&L, and rolling out a detailed business strategy.
You must ensure every member of your team is empowered to achieve great things, creating a friendly, family culture in which colleagues trust and respect each other.
You need to create amazing value for customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store.
2. Build the brand and provide customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure they keep coming back.
3. Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximize profit.
4. Deliver a great shopping experience in a safe and secure environment for all customers.
5. Meet performance targets.
6. Implement change.
