Marketing Campaign Manager – 12-month FTC – Hereford (Hybrid) We are looking for an inspiring Marketing Campaign Manager to support an international retail company on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a maternity cover role starting in October 2024. This role is executing the annual brand plan through various digital marketing campaigns across PR, Social, Influencer collaborations and CRM. The working hours are flexible between 7am and 7pm, with core hours being 10am-4pm, and this role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week required on-site in Herefordshire. Salary up to £43,000 pa (DOE). About the company Our client is a long-established international retail company, operating in 21 countries across Europe including the UK. Their offering across outdoor, sports and fashion brands is unmatched compared to other online retail brands, both from price point and variety perspective, making them one of the largest in their category. The Herefordshire-based brand team is leading the international brand strategy development and execution across Europe. About the Role This Campaign Manager role is working closely with the Head of Brand, leading the delivery and execution of the annual brand plan across the full marketing mix. You will be delivering effective TTL brand plans, always reviewing brand performance and suggesting improvements where appropriate. This includes leading the media strategy and execution and working with both the internal team as well as agencies. You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints both visually and TOV perspective. This role is leading a team of 4 x Social Media Executives, and working with the internal design team to deliver brand projects. About You We are looking for an established Marketing Campaign Manager with similar experience from previous roles. Ideally, you will have experience in fashion retail, but this is not essential. We would love to see someone who has delivered on brand plans before with a real focus on PR, influencer, social & digital channels. You have advanced knowledge of brand, media, creative development and the full marketing mix. As this role includes people management, ideally you will have some line management experience from previous roles. You are commercially astute, with a good eye for detail. Strong communication and presentation skills are required as you will be working with and presenting to senior stakeholders in the business.
