BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST LSA

When? ASAP
Hours? Monday to Friday (NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS)
Pay? 12.90 per hour
About the role:
Split across 3 sites, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference. Working in a specialist facility, catering to needs of individuals.
You will work on a 1 to 1 and group basis, offering adaptability to differing needs of pupils. Will plenty of activities, including cinema trips, football fun amongst more, you will be offered a unique school experience.
You will create a bond and rapport with learners and motivate them within an academic capacity. You will need to manage behaviour efficiently, be open to change and have great resilience. You will be confident in working with children with additional learning needs, and ensuring they have a great educational setting every days.
You will be responsible for Safeguarding all pupils and following outlines policies and procedures for the school.
Qualifications:
* GCSEs are a minimum requirement, at least 5 graded A-C
* Additional childcare qualifications are and advantage
If successful in the role, you will need to obtain a DBS Enhanced and register will the EWC (we can assist with both).
In addition, a full clean UK driving license is desirable, but not mandatory.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
