The starting salary for this role is £14,848.50 based on an 18-hour working week (pro rata to £29,697 full time equivalent). The working days for this role are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This is a 12-month fixed term / secondment opportunity.
We are excited to be hiring a new part-time Senior Team Administrator to join our Business Support Team. Please note, the contractual location for this role is currently Quadrant Court; however, it is our intention to move within the local area to Victoria Gate in Central Woking in May this year. This role is open to part-remote working; we are happy to discuss what that may look like for you.

About the Role
Working within our Social Care Admin Team, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department and all things admin.
In this role you will:
* Organise a variety of multi-agency meetings on behalf of the social care teams and distribute minutes to involved parties ensuring timescales are met
* Provide an efficient telephone service to our stakeholders and service users
* Liaise with professionals both within social care and with partner agencies, such as Police, Health, Education, and Legal
* Keep track of information, update, and maintain spreadsheets and databases
* Provide performance information to line managers and other departments
As our Senior Team Administrator, you will need to be highly organised, willing to take responsibility and initiative, and comfortable in setting your own priorities and meeting deadlines. You will ensure that everything is in place to guarantee that all runs smoothly for the processes and teams you support.
Shortlisting Criteria
To be considered for shortlisting for this position, your application will clearly evidence the following:
* Prior administration experience in a busy office environment
* Ability to work as part of a team within existing protocols and procedures whilst being proactive and using your initiative
* Excellent customer service and communication skills as we handle telephone calls on a daily basis
* Experience in minute-taking for complex/HR meetings, typing directly onto a laptop, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
* Ability to take a confident, organised, and proactive approach to your work
* Experience of mentoring junior members of a team
