About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce professional to spearhead our online sales and marketing efforts. As an integral part of our Operations Teams in our UK HQ, you will be responsible for leading our journey in e-commerce across multiple platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and our own innovative e-commerce platform.
The role is crucial to maximising our online presence and sales, and you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day management of the site, collaborating on strategic leadership, and reporting on e-commerce metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our product listings across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
* Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximise online sales and presence.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
* Provide day-to-day management of the site, including managing product content, pricing, and queries.
* Manage and maintain our product listings across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
* Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximise online sales and presence.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
* Provide day-to-day management of the site, including managing product content, pricing, and queries.
Requirements:
* Background in e-commerce and online selling.
* 2 years experience dealing with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central managing pricing / queries / support etc.
* Experience dealing with product content on Amazon.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience of managing products across the Shopify platform or similar would be beneficial.
* Confident in managing product listings via ChannelAdvisor (or similar software) and implementing new channel launches would be beneficial.
* Outstanding spreadsheet and analytical skills.
* An excellent understanding of Google and Amazon PPC platforms to enable you to manage our agency partners.
* An ambitious character who will thrive in an innovative atmosphere.
* Have a flair for working with a variety of people and external customers.
