Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive secretarial support to the Director and their team. Manage the Director’s inbox, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly and effectively. Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings efficiently. Organise and attend client meetings, taking detailed minutes and distributing them as needed. Arrange both domestic and international travel plans. Monitor merchandise budgets, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely reordering. Plan and conduct annual audits to uphold ISO certification standards. Create, edit, and maintain important company documents.
