Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the role:

An established provider of mental health services is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with both adult and adolescent service users in a specialist mental health setting.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the Occupational Therapy service across both CAMHS and Adult mental health services.
* Provide evidence-based, patient-centred assessments and interventions.
* Oversee and coordinate individual treatment plans, ensuring effective therapy delivery.
* Support service users in developing coping strategies, rehabilitation, and independent living skills.
* Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and students.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
* Engage families in the care process, particularly in complex CAMHS cases.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
