Salary: £26,325 per annum + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

About the Role:
As an integral part of ASDA Travel Money, you will manage a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring each member strives to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will nurture and mentor the team to maintain high levels of customer service, focusing on customer feedback and service levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high service standards.
3. Reviewing customer feedback and implementing processes to improve outputs.
4. Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately.
5. Delivering on key performance goals.
6. Utilising attention to detail for daily FX requests and deliveries.
7. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Bureau visit to meet the Area Manager and see the working environment.
4. Offer or feedback provided post-bureau visit.
