Job Title: Toolmaker Tutor Trainer
Are you an experienced Toolmaker looking for a career change or an opportunity to pass on your skills and knowledge to the next generation of mechanical fitting?
We offer ongoing personal training and development in formal tutoring and assessing qualifications. Our long-established and reputable training and business development center is currently experiencing growth! Due to increasing demand from new customers and a large existing client base within the British manufacturing industry, now is an excellent time to transition from industry into training and education.
The Toolmaker Tutor Trainer role is suited for toolmakers with significant manufacturing industry experience and a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Prior teaching, tutoring, or assessing experience is not required, as the company will provide training to deliver apprenticeship and formal qualifications. Candidates with any previous teaching/assessing experience or qualifications are encouraged to apply.
This role involves working within a state-of-the-art training facility alongside an experienced team to deliver both standardized and bespoke programs. All learners are enrolled by their employers for specific courses aimed at skill development within their current roles; this is not a general education center. Courses include classroom and workshop-based learning, with access to a wide range of theory and practical resources, including live workstations for training.

Key Requirements:
