HEAD OF HR - RETAIL

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will oversee the following tasks:
1. HR Partnering support to LUXE Retail and non-Luxe Retail BA population including CPD, LDB and Travel Retail
2. Act as the Organisation's expert within all matters relating to HR and Retail
3. Manage and provide leadership to a team of 11 consisting of HR Business Partners, HR advisors, HR Administration, and Talent Managers
4. Ensure legal and statutory responsibilities are met and ensure the HR Retail team deliver absolute compliance within employee relations and administration
5. Be the Privacy Champion representing HR for all Retail related GDPR matters, ensuring complete compliance with all processes and initiatives relating to HR Retail
6. Provide HR Business Partnering support to all Brand Retail Mancom members (Grade 6/7) as their main point of contact for careers and development
7. Work with the LUXE Retail Mancom on recruitment of roles within their Brand Teams
8. Lead the Talent process for Grade 7's and below - oversee functional talent management for Grade 6 and below and lead the Talent review and LUXE nomination committees for Grade 7, alongside Head of HR Luxe Corporate
9. Work with HR Cost Controlling to consolidate all Budget and Trend processes on behalf of LUXE Corporate, rolling information up to the LUXE UK&I HRD
10. Manage the Year End Review Process with the LUXE Mancom for their direct teams, rolling information up to the LUXE UK&I HRD to manage 7+ alongside MD/Country MD/HRD
11. Manage the Year End Process for Retail population partnering with Reward, Retail Mancom and Retailers
12. Work alongside the HRD on the LUXE people agenda and ensure strategy is pivoted to operational excellence within LUXE Corporate
13. Lead all Retail initiatives that form part of the People Strategy, for example, PULSE action planning, Connect Reviews, Career initiatives and Learning programmes
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
1. Strong experience as a HR Generalist within Retail to provide support to key stakeholders
2. Excellent communication and organisation skills to manage complex priorities across the LUXE division, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
3. A people first approach to create strong working relationships with Senior Stakeholders and close proximity to populations
4. A coaching mindset to support Career Development both within the population and team
5. Experience managing an end to end Budget & Trend process with excellent understanding of detailed budget management
