Due to growth the business is now seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join the team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
The Role
As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone for any administrative support. You'll work closely with senior management, support client-facing teams, and help foster a positive and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and scheduling

Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management and meeting coordination
*
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*
Organise and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
*
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
*
Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordinating HR documentation
*
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
