Ideally, the right candidate will:
* Have proven family law mediation experience.
* Possess commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market.
* Have a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
* Pay attention to detail and accuracy to address all concerns with clients and team members.
* Excell in communication, both written and verbal, at all levels within the firm and with clients.
* Exhibit a strong sense of professional responsibility and accountability.
* Possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience working in a paperless environment.
* Have a good sense of humor and enjoy working in family law.
* Be well-organized and skilled at prioritizing tasks.
