We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum. In addition, we offer 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* You’ll provide hands-on support to your team on shift as and when appropriate
* Train and develop all team members to ensure a fully multi-skilled and capable workforce to meet customer needs and demands
* Lead by example by ensuring that you provide high levels of customer service at all times
* Ensuring customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance
* Adaptability when working in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
* Operational and supervisory experience within a warehousing environment
* Experience within a warehousing and logistics, ecommerce exposure would be ideal
