The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any purchase ledger queries. Key Responsibilities:- Processing and posting invoices accurately and efficiently- Handling supplier statement reconciliations- Processing payment runs and managing supplier accounts- Resolving any purchase ledger discrepancies or queries- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records- Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures as requiredQualifications:- Previous experience in a purchase ledger role is essential- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong IT skills, including experience with accounting softwareThe pay rate for this position is £26,000 per annum.
