Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate records of all temporary accommodation placements.
Collaborate with social services and community organizations to identify housing needs.
Respond to placement requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.
Conduct assessments of temporary accommodation options to ensure safety and suitability.
Evaluate and track feedback from residents to enhance service delivery.
Assist in the development and implementation of temporary accommodation policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in housing, social services, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and community organizations.
Knowledge of housing policies and legislation.
Experience in case management or customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
