Requirements The Role As a Part-Time Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient running of the business. Your responsibilities will be varied and may include: Duties Include: Providing administrative support across all departments, including ad-hoc tasks and general office coordination. Managing diaries, coordinating travel, and providing general support to senior leadership. Supporting financial administration, including reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and assisting with budgets. Managing directors’ expenses and assisting with credit control. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of team members, ensuring they have everything they need to integrate smoothly or transition seamlessly, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance. Supporting compliance efforts, including documentation and credit checks. The Person Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or operations role is beneficial. High degree of IT literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.). Experience with Xero (or willingness to learn) is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality.
