Collate, trend and report on the following (inclusion/exclusion will be determined at site): Customer complaints and replies. Inter-site complaint investigations and corrective actions. Microbiological test results Chemical analysis test results Non-compliance reporting Environmental swab results from cleaning checks carried out. Various audit reports (typically internal) Issue of all factory product specifications from systems support to production, planning and relevant management. Completion and trending of complaints to suppliers on raw material / packaging issues. Provision of production recipes / factory process control sheets. Document control of all technical information as required. Production of product /material photographic standards. Ensure micro and taste panel samples are lifted and tested to schedule Maintain up to date product packaging spec. Involvement with customer visits / audits - generating reports / presentations for the technical manager. All photocopying and filing to be carried out. Collate information from technical KPI’s and generate weekly report for factory. Manage information return e.g. corrective action reports from management on issues as required.
