Role Overview:
As the Fractional Revenue Operations Expert, you’ll bring together our GTM team and systems to drive seamless revenue operations across the board. You’ll not only implement high-impact strategies but also empower and mentor another team member, fostering next-generation RevOps professionals.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Strategic Data Management & Insights
o High-Impact Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyze data from various sources to uncover insights that directly drive revenue growth.
o Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance metrics, such as GTM velocity, to enhance revenue transparency and guide leadership.
o Data-Driven Recommendations: Generate actionable insights to enable strategic decision-making across the GTM team.
2. Process Optimization & Scalability
o Streamlined Systems: Develop scalable, standardized processes that maximize efficiency and can be easily maintained by internal teams.
o Bottleneck Resolution: Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the revenue cycle to maintain a seamless flow of data and decision-making.
o Change Management: Lead change initiatives across GTM teams, ensuring process improvements are implemented smoothly and consistently.
3. Revenue Enablement & Collaboration
o Sales Empowerment: Equip the sales team with centralized, real-time access to critical data on leads, opportunities, and customers, streamlining sales workflows.
o Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive GTM effectiveness and accountability.
o Outcome-Driven Initiatives: Develop and refine the processes and tools that directly contribute to achieving continuous and measurable improvement in GTM team efficiency.
4. Forecasting & Revenue Planning
o Strategic Forecasting: Help create accurate revenue forecasts that inform strategic planning and performance targets.
o Risk Analysis: Proactively identify revenue risks and opportunities, providing insights that allow leadership to course-correct strategies effectively.
5. Technology and Tools Management
o Integrated Tech Stack: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support revenue operations, ensuring smooth data integration.
o Efficiency Enhancements: Configure tools and systems to optimize data flows and reduce friction in GTM processes.
6. mOS Product Contribution
o Product-First RevOps: Collaborate with the product team to shape the mOS (purpose-built SaaS) platform from a RevOps perspective, ensuring our product supports MEDDICC’s revenue strategies.
