Job summary We are looking for our new Associate Director of Facilities to lead a complete range of Facilities Management functions (soft FM) as part of our growing UHS subsidiary, UHS Estates Limited (UEL) Please note UEL does not hold a Home Office Workers Licence and therefore unable to offer sponsorship. Main duties of the job You will be a key contributor to our senior management team within UEL and UHS. With your acute healthcare leadership skills, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality FM service, ensuring compliance with statutory and mandatory obligations and the maintenance of professional standards.
