Youll work with a fast-growing, people-focused company that values teamwork and development. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales. Build and manage relationships with key customers. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow your portfolio. Manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a 3-month sales pipeline and meet revenue targets. Work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth implementation. What Were Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience managing SME customers. Technical knowledge of Cloud Services, Microsoft/Linux technologies, VoIP & Unified Communications. Experience selling Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki products is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, etc.). Ability to manage projects from presales to implementation. A full UK driving license is required. Whats in It for You?
