Hybrid working, 4 days in office (flexible)
Job Description:
1. Work closely with the Bid Manager and Junior Bid Writer to review and action new requests which have come through to the bid inbox.
2. Arrange and lead kick off calls to establish win themes and agree bid timelines.
3. Ensure all bids are compliant with company governance.
4. Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst sharing best practices with the team.
5. Have a clear understanding and interpretation of the questions within the PQQ and tender documents.
6. Be able to construct relevant answers which clearly answer the client's question and portray the company in the best possible light.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience of writing bids and tenders is essential.
2. Experience of working in the maintenance/social housing sector would be beneficial.
3. Ability to create, write and present a bid.
4. Previous contractor construction experience would be advantageous.
