Assistant Front Office Manager
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join the Front Office team at this luxury hotel. As Assistant Front Office Manager you will consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service.

The Place
Our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans. The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has 128 bedrooms, as well as two restaurants and two bars on site.
The Person
The Assistant Front Office Manager will have the following qualifications:
* Experience within a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel setting.
* Assistant Front Office Management experience or Supervisor experience.
* Opera experience preferable.
* Confidence to manage junior team members.
* Flexibility to work hours as required.
* Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail, and well-presented.
* Reliable means of transport to St Albans is essential.
